| On Sunday, JFACT Executive Director, Michael Bloom, moderated a discussion with the entire Connecticut Congressional delegation. Many topics were covered and the entire delegation committed to combating the rise in hate in our country. The delegation showed support for the following; Congressional hearings on hate groups and rise in anti-Semitism Additional security dollars to help secure our Jewish institutions Additional dollars to help incentivize states to teach about the Holocaust and other Genocides Support for the No Hate Act which provides police incentives to track hate crimes The discussion was very thorough and JFACT is incredible appreciative of the opportunity to speak to our entire delegation in one virtual meeting. |
